Spherical Nickel Powder

Spherical nickel powder refers to the nickel powder which is spherical under the scanning electron microscope (SEM). Spherical nickel powder is mainly  produced by gas atomization process.The common particle sizes are 15-45 um, 15-53 um, 40-80 um, 45-105 um, etc. It can be used for plasma spraying or supersonic flame thermal spraying.
