Spherical Copper Powder

Spherical copper powder refers to copper powder which is spherical under scanning electron microscope (SEM). Spherical copper powder above 10 um is mainly produced through gas atomization technology, which can control the required particle size through a mesh screen. The common particle size ranges are 5-30 um, 15-45 um, 40-80 um, 45-105 um, etc. It is mainly used for APS plasma spraying or HVOF / HVAF thermal spraying.

Spherical Copper Powder Application

We mainly produce and provide spherical copper powder via gas atomization technology. For the particle size, we can sieve according to customers' requirements. It is mainly used in the following situations and fields:
1. Spherical copper powder can be used for spray welding, atmospheric or water stable plasma spraying;
