Cr2O3-TiO2 Powder

Chromium titanium oxide powder is a type of oxide ceramic powder made from chromium oxide powder and titanium oxide powder in different proportions. It is a uniform granular chromium titanium oxide ceramic powder prepared by using high-purity chromium oxide powder and titanium oxide powder as raw materials, and passing through high-temperature melting, water washing, drying, and screening in a certain proportion. Compared to agglomerated spherical powder, it overcomes the disadvantage of adhesive producing bubbles at high temperatures and forming coating pores in the agglomeration method. It can be used for thermal spraying, explosive spraying and flame spraying.

Uniform particle chromium titanium oxide powder has good flowability and high powder loading rate, and can be used in the following occasions and fields:
1. Chromium titanium oxide powder can be used in thermal spraying, explosive spraying, supersonic flame thermal spraying and other occasions to prepare oxide ceramic coating with dense coating, high bonding strength, low porosity and cavitation resistance;
2. The chromium titanium oxide composite ceramic coating has good toughness, micro shock resistance, and strong polishing ability in the later processing machine, which can be polished to a mirror like finish. It can be used for accessories such as cylinder liners, conveyor rollers, mechanical sealing rings, mud pump plungers, petroleum plungers, piston rods, chromium oxide ceramic rods, automotive crankshafts, textile rollers, textile ingot cups, textile twist discs, textile steel pressure wheels, textile rotor cups, combing rollers, and groove barrels.
