Al2O3-TiO2 Powder

Aluminum titanium oxide powder is a type of oxide ceramic powder made from aluminum oxide powder and titanium oxide powder in different proportions. It is a uniform granular aluminum titanium oxide ceramic powder prepared by using high-purity aluminum oxide powder and titanium oxide powder as raw materials, and passing through high-temperature melting, water washing, drying, and screening in a certain proportion. Compared to agglomerated spherical powder, it overcomes the disadvantage of adhesive producing bubbles at high temperatures and forming coating pores in the agglomeration method. It can be used for thermal spraying, explosive spraying and flame spraying.

1. Aluminum titanium oxide ceramic powder can be used in thermal spraying, explosive spraying, supersonic flame thermal spraying and other occasions to prepare oxide ceramic coating with dense coating, high bonding strength, low porosity and cavitation resistance;
