However, in the actual screening process, due to the different morphologies of powder particles (spherical, irregular, flaky, elliptical, dendritic). This leads to significant differences in the particle size distribution of the screening results. Based on Fushel's experience, if it is a spherical powder with -40 mesh, more than 80% of the powder particles are smaller than 420 μm. If it is irregular powder, only 60% or lower proportion is less than 420 um.
