Titanium Nitride Nanopowder Application
Our nano titanium nitride powder has high purity and uniform particle size distribution, which can be used in the following occasions:
1. Packaging Materials with High Barrier and Yellowing Characteristics
By using the barrier technology of nano tin composite material, nano tin powder and resin are combined to form composite material. These nano particles can block the molecular gap and make the gas difficult to diffuse and penetrate, thus improving the barrier properties of resin and plastic. Because the amount of nano materials is very small, this kind of materials can be directly applied in various existing processes without updating the equipment. Our titanium nitride powder has high nitrogen content, so the dispersed titanium nitride slurry is light blue, without adding any color seasoning, it can mask the yellowing characteristics of polyester itself (permanent solution to yellowing), reduce customers to add a lot of colorants, and reduce the cost;
2. PET Engineering Plastics
A small amount of nano titanium nitride powder can be used in thermoplastic engineering plastics such as PET, PA and so on. It can be used as crystal nucleating agent. Nano titanium nitride is dispersed into glycol to form nano slurry. Through the polymerization, nano titanium nitride can be dispersed better and PET engineering plastics can greatly accelerate the crystallization rate of PET engineering plastics and make it easy to form. Expand the application scope of PET engineering plastics. 3. High Thermal Emissivity Coating

4. Develop Lead-Free Solder Materials
Adding trace titanium nitride nano powder into tin, silver, copper, zinc and other alloys can reduce the melting temperature by 200 ℃ and produce more uniform alloy, and reduce the temperature of oxide solid solution by 30 ℃. It can not only reach the original service temperature of lead tin solder, but also solve the biggest application difficulty of existing lead-free solder if the wettability can be further improved;
5. Green Electronic Materials
Because the harmful elements such as lead, cadmium and high valent chromium cannot be used in green electronic materials, the problems of high temperature bonding glass phase lead-free and cadmium ceramic medium and packaging glass glaze are high solid-phase synthesis temperature, high softening point and high ceramic forming temperature. If a small amount of titanium nitride nano powder can be added, the solid-phase reaction temperature can be reduced by 200 ℃, even if it is reduced by 50 ℃, the original process equipment can be used;
6. Electronic Flame Retardant, Plastic Shell Framework
The mechanical strength, wear resistance and heat resistance of engineering plastics can be increased by adding a small amount of nano powders such as silicon nitride, silicon carbide, titanium nitride and titanium carbide;
7. Others
Nano tin powder can also be used in nanocomposite hard cutting tools, cemented carbide, high temperature ceramic conductive materials, heat-resistant and wear-resistant materials, dispersion strengthening materials, etc. it can also be used in fuel cell electrode catalysts, antistatic materials and conductive ceramics.
