Bismuth Nanopowder
Bismuth nanopowder, also known as bismuth nanoparticle or nano bismuth powder. It refers to the ultrafine bismuth powder with the particle size of 1-100nm. According to the shape, there are spherical bismuth nanoparticles and irregular bismuth nanoparticles.
We provide nano bismuth powder with particle size of 50nm, 100nm, 200nm, 500nm, 1000nm and so on. In addition to bismuth nanopowder, we also provide more than 1um spherical bismuth powder and irregular bismuth powder. Like 1um, 40um etc. micron bismuth powder.
Bismuth Nanopowder Application
The nano bismuth powder we provide has the characteristics of high purity, uniform particle size, spherical shape. Specific applications are as follows:
1. Used as metal nano lubricating additive
Adding 0.1 ~ 0.5% nano bismuth powder to the grease can form self-lubricating and self repairing film on the surface of the friction pair during the friction process, which can significantly improve the performance of the grease.
2. Used as metallurgical additive
Nano bismuth powder can be used as additive for cast iron, steel and aluminum alloy to improve the free cutting performance of the alloy.
3. For magnetic materials
Bismuth has a small thermal neutron absorption cross section, a low melting point and a high boiling point, and can be used as a heat transfer medium for nuclear reactors.
