Aluminum nitride nanopowder, also known as aluminum nitride nanoparticle or nano aluminum nitride powder. It refers to the ultrafine aluminum nitride powder with the particle size of 1-100nm. According to the shape, there are spherical and irregular aluminum nitride nanoparticles.

Aluminum Nitride Nanopowder Application
Our nano aluminum nitride powder has high purity and uniform particle size distribution, which can be used in the following occasions:
1. Nano aluminum nitride powder can be used to manufacture integrated circuit substrate, electronic devices, optical devices, radiator, high temperature crucible to prepare metal matrix and polymer matrix composites. Adding nano aluminum nitride powder into high temperature sealing adhesives and electronic packaging materials can improve the heat dissipation performance and strength characteristics of the materials;
2. Nano aluminum nitride powder can be used to prepare ultra-high thermal conductivity silica gel. It has good thermal conductivity, good super electrical insulation, wide electrical insulation and service temperature (80-250 ℃), low consistency and good construction performance. It can be used as heat transfer medium in the gap between CPU and radiator, high-power triode, silicon controlled element, diode, and slit contacting with substrate;
3. Modified nano aluminum nitride powder added in nano ceramic engine oil can act on the metal surface of friction pair in the engine with lubricating oil, which is activated under the action of high temperature and extreme pressure, and firmly infiltrates into the dents and micropores on the metal surface to repair the damaged surface and form nano ceramic protective film. Because of the isolation effect of the film, the friction produced by the relative motion between the parts only acts on the protective film. Like small balls, nano ceramic particles change part of the friction between the friction pairs from the traditional sliding friction to rolling friction, thus greatly reducing the friction, reducing the friction between the moving parts to almost zero, and playing a super anti-wear protection role for the engine;
4. The modified nano aluminum nitride powder can greatly improve the thermal conductivity of plastics. Adding 1% nano aluminum nitride powder into the plastic can increase the thermal conductivity of the plastic from 0.3 to 3, and the thermal conductivity is increased by more than 10 times. At present, it is mainly used in PVC plastics, polyurethane plastics, PA plastics, functional plastics, etc;
5. Nano aluminum nitride powder can also be used for melting non-ferrous metals and semiconductor materials, such as gallium arsenide crucible, evaporation boat, thermocouple protection tube, high temperature insulating parts, microwave dielectric materials, high temperature and corrosion resistant structural ceramics and transparent aluminum nitride microwave ceramic products.
