Aluminum Nanopowder

Aluminum nanopowder, also known as aluminum nanoparticle or nano aluminum powder. It refers to the ultrafine aluminum powder with the particle size of 1-100nm. According to the shape, there are spherical aluminum nanoparticles and non spherical aluminum nanoparticles.

Aluminum Nanopowder Application

Our nano aluminum powder has high purity and uniform particle size distribution, which can be used in the following occasions:
1. Efficient catalyst
Nano aluminum powder can be added to the solid fuel of rocket to greatly improve the combustion speed and stability.
2. Active sintering additive
Adding 5 ~ 10% nano aluminum powder into AlN powder can reduce the sintering temperature and improve the density and thermal conductivity of the sintered body.
3. Surface conductive coating treatment of metal and scrap metal
Under the condition of oxygen free and lower than the melting point of the powder, nano aluminum powder can be used for the coating of microelectronic devices.
4. Conductive film
Nano aluminum powder can be used to prepare polishing paste and so on.
