Tantalum Powder
Tantalum is a kind of steel gray metal, its chemical symbol is Ta. The hardness of tantalum is low and related to oxygen content. Its melting point is as high as 2995 ℃. The thermal expansion coefficient of tantalum is very small and its toughness is very strong.
According to different shapes, tantalum powder can be divided into
spherical tantalum powder and irregular tantalum powder. According to different particle sizes,
tantalum powder can be divided into coarse tantalum powder, medium tantalum powder, fine tantalum powder, extremely fine tantalum powder, ultrafine tantalum powder and tantalum nanopowder. We mainly provide spherical tantalum powder (for additive manufacturing), irregular tantalum powder (for powder metallurgy) and flake tantalum powder (for capacitor).
Tantalum Powder Application
The tantalum powder we provide has the characteristics of high purity, uniform particle size, spherical shape. It can be applied to the following situations:
1. Used to make evaporation vessels, etc;
2. Used for manufacturing electrode, rectifier, electrolysis and capacitor of electron tube;
3. In the chemical, electronic, electrical and other industries, tantalum can replace the task that used to be undertaken by the precious metal platinum, so that the cost is greatly reduced.
Spherical Tantalum Powder
The
spherical tantalum powder produced by FUSHEL is produced by plasma spheroidization technology, which has the advantages of high sphericity and narrow particle size distribution. Capacitor-grade Tantalum Powder
Capacitor-grade tantalum powder refers to a kind of tantalum powder which the shape is flaky under the SEM. The particle size is large, specific surface area is small, and shape is simple.
