Boron carbide powder abrasive has good performance in double-sided grinding of sapphire wafer and back thinning polishing of sapphire based LED epitaxial wafer. Boron Carbide Powder for Refractories
Boron carbide powder can be used as antioxidant additive for low carbon magnesia carbon brick and castable. In the iron and steel industry, boron carbide powder is often used in the key parts of high temperature resistance and erosion resistance. At present, the service performance of low-carbon magnesia carbon brick is generally improved by improving the combined carbon structure, optimizing the matrix structure of magnesia carbon brick and adding high-efficiency antioxidants. The graphitized carbon black composite powder composed of industrial grade B4C and some graphitized carbon black can be used as carbon source and antioxidant in low-carbon magnesia carbon brick.
Boron Carbide Powder for Welding Rod
Boron carbide wear-resistant electrode can be used for surface strengthening surfacing of mechanical parts with strong abrasive wear below medium impact. Adding a large amount of boron carbide powder and a small amount of tungsten, vanadium, niobium, rare earth alloy elements and various alloy element additives to the coating improves the welding process performance. The hardness of the surfacing layer can reach HRC65 ~ 70, and the wear resistance is 17.38 times that of quenched 65Mn steel.
