    Inconel 939 Alloy Powder

    Inconel 939 is a precipitation hardening cast superalloy, which has high creep strength, cold and hot fatigue resistance and oxidation resistance. Inconel 939 alloy is suitable for manufacturing turbine disk, ring, blade, casing and other structures for aerospace and industrial purposes. It has excellent high temperature resistance, excellent mechanical properties, and outstanding corrosion resistance, and is widely used in fields such as aerospace, petrochemicals, and nuclear energy.

    Preparation Process of IN939 Powder

    ① Using high-purity nickel powder, chromium powder, cobalt powder, tungsten powder, niobium powder, tantalum powder, titanium powder, aluminum powder, zirconium powder and other raw materials to prepare Inconel 939 master alloy;
    ② Producing spherical IN939 powder from Inconel 939 master alloy through gas atomization process;
    ③ Screening and vacuum packaging.

    Inconel 939 Alloy Powder Application

    Inconel 939 alloy is a high-performance nickel based superalloys widely used in aerospace, petrochemical, nuclear energy and other fields. Specifically, as follows:
    1. Aerospace: Inconel 939 alloy can be used for key components such as engine combustion chambers, turbine blades, and turbine disks. Its high temperature resistance and mechanical properties enable these components to maintain stable performance in extreme working environments.
