Inconel 939 Alloy Powder Application
Inconel 939 alloy is a high-performance nickel based superalloys widely used in aerospace, petrochemical, nuclear energy and other fields. Specifically, as follows:
1. Aerospace: Inconel 939 alloy can be used for key components such as engine combustion chambers, turbine blades, and turbine disks. Its high temperature resistance and mechanical properties enable these components to maintain stable performance in extreme working environments.
2. Petrochemical industry: Inconel 939 alloy is commonly used in the manufacturing of high-temperature furnace tubes, reactors, heat exchangers, and other equipment in the petrochemical industry. Its excellent corrosion resistance enables these devices to have a longer service life when dealing with high temperature, high pressure, and corrosive media.
3. Nuclear energy: In the field of nuclear energy, Inconel 939 alloy is used to manufacture key components in nuclear reactors, such as fuel rod cladding, reactor pressure vessels, etc. Its high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, and good mechanical properties enable these components to maintain stable performance in extreme working environments, ensuring the safe operation of nuclear reactors.
The IN939 alloy powder produced by FUSHEL has the characteristics of high batch stability, good sphericity, low oxygen content, uniform particle size distribution, good fluidity, high loose density and vibrated density. The powder can be used in laser / electron beam additive manufacturing (SLM / EBM), powder metallurgy (PM), laser direct deposition (DLD), powder hot isostatic pressing (HIP), metal injection molding (MIM) and other processes. It is suitable for manufacturing turbine disk, ring, blade, casing and other structures for aerospace and industrial purposes.
