    Inconel 713 Alloy Powder

    Inconel 713 is a precipitation hardening cast superalloy, which has high creep strength, cold and hot fatigue resistance and oxidation resistance. Inconel 713 alloy is suitable for making hot end rotating and stationary parts working below 900 ℃. Inconel 713 is also an excellent nickel based alloy with high temperature strength, corrosion resistance, and oxidation resistance. It is widely used in fields such as aerospace, energy, and automotive industry.

    Preparation Process of Inconel 713 Alloy Powder

    ① Using high-purity nickel powder, chromium powder, molybdenum powder, aluminum powder, titanium powder, niobium powder and other raw materials melted in a certain proportion to form Inconel 713 master alloy;
    ② Using gas atomization technology to produce spherical Inconel 713 powder from Inconel 713 master alloy;
    ③ Screening and vacuum packaging.

    Inconel 713 Alloy Powder Application

    Inconel 713 alloy is a nickel based alloy with high temperature strength, corrosion resistance, and oxidation resistance. It is widely used in the fields of aerospace, energy, and automobiles. The details are as follows:
    1. Aerospace industry: Inconel 713 alloy is widely used in high-temperature components of aerospace engines, such as turbine blades, nozzles, spray plates, etc. Due to its excellent high-temperature strength and corrosion resistance, it can maintain stable performance under extreme conditions.
    2. Energy industry: It is also widely used in high-temperature equipment in the fields of petroleum, natural gas, and chemical engineering, such as refining units, chemical reactors, and catalyst manufacturing.
    3. Automotive industry: Due to its high strength and heat resistance, Inconel 713 alloy is commonly used in exhaust pipes and turbochargers of automotive exhaust systems.
