CoCrW Alloy Powder
Cobalt chromium tungsten alloy (
CoCrW) is a cobalt based alloy that can withstand various types of wear, corrosion, and high-temperature oxidation. It is a kind of cobalt based alloy with cobalt as the main component and a small amount of chromium, tungsten, silicon and other elements. It is mainly used for 3D printing of biomedical materials such as teeth, human supports and artificial joints.
Preparation Process of CoCrW Alloy Powder
① Smelt high-purity
cobalt powder,
chromium powder, and
tungsten powder into cobalt chromium tungsten master alloy in a certain proportion;
② Producing spherical
CoCrW powder through gas atomization process;
③ Screen screening and vacuum packaging.

CoCrW Alloy Powder Application
Cobalt chromium tungsten alloy has high strength, good thermal fatigue resistance, thermal corrosion resistance, and wear resistance, as well as good weldability. It can be applied to various occasions. Specifically, as follows:
1. Widely used in locomotive diesel engines, nuclear power plant valves, marine diesel engines, and various aircraft;
2. Suitable for producing guide vanes and nozzle guide vanes for aviation jet engines, industrial gas turbines, marine gas turbines, as well as diesel engine nozzles.
The CoCrW alloy powder produced by FUSHEL has the characteristics of high batch stability, good sphericity, low oxygen content, uniform particle size distribution, good fluidity, high loose density and vibrated density. It can be used in laser / electron beam additive manufacturing (SLM / EBM), powder metallurgy (PM), spraying, welding and other processes. It is mainly used for 3D printing of biomedical materials such as teeth, human supports and artificial joints.
