17-4 PH Stainless Steel Powder
17-4 PH stainless steel is a martensitic precipitation hardening stainless steel. 17-4 PH is a precipitation hardening steel grade with added copper. 17-4 PH stainless steel is mainly used for manufacturing shafts and turbine components.
17-4 PH stainless steel powder is an iron-based alloy powder with iron as the main component, chromium content of 15.0-17.5%, nickel content of 3.0-5.0% and copper content of 3.0-5.0%. 17-4PH stainless steel is a precipitation, hardening and martensitic stainless steel composed of copper and niobium / columbium. It is easy to adjust the strength level, which can be adjusted by changing the heat treatment process It has the characteristics of good attenuation performance, strong corrosion fatigue resistance and water drop resistance.
Preparation Process of 17-4 PH Stainless Steel Powder
① Using high-purity
nickel powder,
chromium powder,
copper powder,
niobium powder and iron powder melted into 17-4 PH stainless steel base material according to the standard composition ratio of 17-4 PH stainless steel;
② Producing spherical
17-4 PH stainless steel powder through gas atomization process;
③ Screening and vacuum packaging.

The 17-4PH stainless steel powder produced by FUSHEL has the characteristics of high batch stability, good sphericity, low oxygen content, uniform particle size distribution, good fluidity, high loose density and vibrated density.
